Social video company Brave Bison (AIM: BBSN) announces that it has been advised by Simon Davies that, following a purchase of 250,000 ordinary shares at 0.85p per ordinary share earlier today, he is now directly and indirectly interested in 49,031,559 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 8.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
