Company Update

Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the independent digital media & social video broadcaster, announces that Kevin Deeley, currently Chief Financial Officer, will become Chief Operating Officer with effect from today. The search for a new Chief Executive Officer for the Company is underway, and in the interim, Kevin Deeley will be assuming the responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer.

The Company will defer its trading update for the year ended 31 December 2016 until the week commencing 13th February 2017.

This announcement contains inside information as defined in EU Regulation No. 596/2014 and is in accordance with the Brave Bison obligations under Article 17 of that Regulation.
