Brave Bison, the digital advertising and technology services company, announces that it has been notified that Philippa Norridge, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has today purchased 303,686 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.6425 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Philippa Norridge is interested in 1,354,319 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
