("Brave Bison", the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
Brave Bison Group plc (AIM: BBSN), the social video group, notifies that, on 21 October 2020 in order to effect a transfer between legal holdings, Tangent Marketing Services Ltd acquired 1,100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") from Tangent Industries Ltd at a price of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
As Oliver Green (Executive Chairman of the Company) is a director and shareholder in Tangent Marketing Services Ltd, and a director of Tangent Industries Ltd, both Tangent Marketing Services Ltd and Tangent Industries Ltd are deemed to be persons closely associated with Mr Green.
There is no change to Mr Green's aggregate direct and indirect interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of this transaction. Mr Green remains directly and indirectly interested in a total of 167,468,473 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 27.33 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
