BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 574,716 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 7 April 2022. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 712,700,521.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2021 second interim dividend in respect of the financial period from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021. The reference price was 167.82 pence per scrip dividend share, and elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 3.70% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 25 February 2022. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
