Proposed fundraising

The Company currently has an attractive pipeline of potential investment opportunities and is therefore pleased to announce that it is giving consideration to an equity fundraising in the near term in order substantially to repay its outstanding borrowings and thereby to provide financing flexibility with respect to its investment pipeline.

The current intention is to issue up to 10% of the issued share capital of the Company by way of a placing of new shares. Under Luxembourg law, the maximum price at which the new shares may be issued will represent a premium of 5 per cent to the latest published NAV of the Company at the time of the issue.

The Company currently expects to provide a further update on its proposed fundraising when it publishes its annual results on 29 March 2017, which will include an audited NAV of the Company as at 31 December 2016 and an updated unaudited NAV as at the latest practicable date prior to publication.
