Director / PDMR Shareholding - Amendment
Further to the announcement "Director / PDMR Shareholding" released on 27 October 2017 under RNS No. 8658U, the Company was informed on 23 January 2018 that Duncan Ball had acquired an additional 1,083 shares to the amount of 4,271 shares originally announced, a total of 5,354 shares pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative. Due to an administrative error, the acquisition of the additional shares was not communicated to either Mr Ball or the Company at the time.
Accordingly an amended announcement updating the number of shares acquired by Mr Ball pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative is attached below.
