BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, notes the recent announcement from Carillion plc ("Carillion") regarding its compulsory liquidation.

BBGI confirms that it does not have any Carillion exposure within its portfolio of PPP projects. BBGI has a diverse supply chain and routinely monitors its sub-contractor exposure.
