BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI) announces that application has been made for 2,166,479 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 October 2015. Following Admission the number of ordinary shares that the Company has in issue will be 430,393,003.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2015 interim dividend in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2015. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 20.64% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 11 September 2015. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

A copy of the document relating to the Scrip Dividend Alternative dated 21 September 2015 is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.
