Veltyco Group plc (AIM:VLTY) announces that David Mathewson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, yesterday sold 30,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Mr Mathewson is interested in 219,769 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.30 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
