B90 Holdings plc (previously Veltyco Group plc)

Change of name

 

 

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcement of 17 January 2020, it has now formally resolved to change the Company's name to B90 Holdings PLC, effective immediately. Accordingly, the ticker code of the Company on the London Stock Exchange is now B90.

 

The Directors believe that the change of name to B90 Holdings plc better reflects the Company's focus on regulated online sportsbook and casino operations, following completion of the acquisition of the 49% interest in Bet90 Sports Ltd not already owned by the Company, as announced on 17 January 2020.
