Application for Block Listing of shares
Anglesey Mining plc announces that it has today made an application for admission of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of I pence each in relation to shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the terms of the company's 2004 Unapproved Share Option Plan.
The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the company. Admission is expected to become effective on 7 April 2011.
