ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 10,235 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 26.10.2013, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,92,36,069 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 46,92,46,304 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. Further, please note that the Bank had also allotted equity shares under ESOP Scheme of the Bank in months of October, November and December, 2013, as under:
