SUB: BOARD MEETING TO CONSIDER UNAUDITED QUARTERLY FINANCIAL RESULTS OF AXIS

BANK LIMITED FOR THE QUARTER (Q1) ENDING 30TH JUNE, 2015

REF: CLAUSE 41 OF THE LISTING AGREEMENT IN INDIA

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement in India, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited ("the Bank") will be held on Friday, 24th July, 2015 at the Registered Office of the Bank at 'Trishul', 3rd Floor, Opp. Samartheshwar Temple, Law Garden, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad - 380 006, to inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending 30th June, 2015, subject to its limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.

Further please note that the blackout period for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from 1st June, 2015 to 28th July, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" formulated and adopted by the Bank, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
