UTI Bank Limited25 June 2007 UTI Bank Limited - Resolutions passed by shareholders at EGM held on 25th June,2007 At the Extraordinary General Meeting held today at Mumbai the followingresolutions were passed by the shareholders of the Bank : 1. To increase the authorised share capital of the Bank from Rs. 300crores to Rs. 500 crores by creation of 20,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10each and to alter the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association ofthe Bank. 2. The special resolutions pertaining to raise capital and preferentialallotment of shares were deferred by the Bank in order to provide promotershareholders further time for consultation.
