Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that, on 23 April 2010, Sir Richard Needham, Chairman, transferred 11,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company (the "Shares") at 92.5p each from the Jupiter General Client account to the Jupiter ISA Client account in the registered name of Nortrust Nominees Limited.

The beneficial interest of the aforementioned director in the Shares remain unchanged.
