Retirement of Non-Executive Director

After three years as a Non-Executive Director, Richard Wood will stand down from the Board at the conclusion of the annual general meeting on 26 January 2015.

David Evans, Chairman said "I would like to thank Richard on behalf of the Board for his valuable contribution over the last three years. In particular, Richard has ably supported the strategic development of the Group's Dairy business, and, as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, he has diligently overseen the development of the Group's remuneration policy on behalf of shareholders. A recruitment process is now underway to seek a suitable replacement."
