Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company notifies that, on 26 February 2018, David Bestwick, Technical Director of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.35 pence per share, and repurchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 11.15 pence per share, in order to transfer the shares between legal holdings. There is no change to the total number of shares held by Mr Bestwick as a result of these transactions.
Following the sale and repurchase, Mr Bestwick holds 1,301,954 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.80% of the Company's issued share capital.
