Directors Shareholdings
Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the broadband satellite operator has been informed by Alan Foster, non-executive Director, that he and related parties yesterday purchased 35,000 shares at 179.75 pence per share and a further 20,000 shares at a price of 199.75 per share. Following this transaction, Alan Foster now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 451,250 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 0.4% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
