Reference is made to the indenture, dated as of January 26, 2017, as amended and restated as of March 23, 2017 and as further supplemented by a first supplemental indenture, dated as of June 29, 2017, a second supplemental indenture, dated as of June 30, 2017, a third supplemental indenture, dated as of October 27, 2017, a fourth supplemental indenture, dated as of February 8, 2018, and a fifth supplemental indenture, dated as of February 8, 2018 (as so amended, restated and supplemented, the "Indenture"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to such terms in the Indenture.
Assuming that the Issuer's previously announced restructuring of its indebtedness is successful and that the Settlement Date will occur, pursuant to Section 2.12 of the Indenture, notice is hereby given that the Issuer has established a special record date of April 20, 2018 and a payment date of April 30, 2018 (the "Payment Date") for the payment of (A) interest on the above referenced notes (the "Notes") for the Interest Period ended March 31, 2018 and (B) interest on the overdue installment of interest due on the Notes for the period from April 1, 2018 to the Payment Date, in each case to be paid in the form of PIK Interest in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.
