Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares ofΒ 5pΒ eachΒ ofΒ AvingtransΒ in issue as at the date of this notice isΒ 24,630,577Β with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights inΒ Avingtrans is therefore 24,630,577
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,Β Avingtrans, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.Β
