Avingtrans PLC (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed.
The Company is pleased to announce that current trading is in line with market expectations and continues to perform well.
