Issue of Equity
Avacta Group plc (the "Company") announces that 1,099,784 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") have been issued at a price of 0.1p per share, pursuant to the exercise of share options by a former employee.
Application has been made for the 1,099,784 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 30 November 2011.
The total number of Ordinary Shares, with voting rights, in issue following the above issue will be 1,667,638,787.
