SENIOR NOTES REPURCHASE

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that it has repurchased US$2,000,000 in face value of its Avation Capital S.A. Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") issued under Avation's global medium term note programme. The notes were acquired at a price equal to 98.5 per cent of face value and will be cancelled. Following cancellation there will be US$329,555,981 remaining Notes outstanding.
