Notice of Unaudited Interim Results and Investor Presentation
Atalaya Mining Plc (AIM: ATYM, TSX: AYM) will release its second quarter financial results for the period ended 30 June 2021 ("Q2 2021") together with its unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements ("H1 2021") on Wednesday, 11 August 2021.
The Company is also pleased to announce that Alberto Lavandeira (CEO) and César Sánchez (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the Q2 2021 and H1 2021 results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 11 August 2021 at 1:00pm BST.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
