Atalaya Mining Plc (LSE: ATYM) announces that Alberto Lavandeira, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Predictive Discovery Limited, a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:PDI), effective as of 17 June 2024.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14.
