Total Voting Rights

Atlantic Coal, the AIM listed anthracite coal mining company operating in Pennsylvania, USA, announces as at 31 December 2013 the Company's issued share capital will be 4,662,538,505 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights is 4,662,538,505.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
