Completion of Acquisition
All Things Considered Group plc (AQSE: ATC), the music company housing talent management, live booking, livestreaming and talent services is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement dated 28 June 2023 entitled "Proposed Acquisition and Launch of Placing", it has completed the acquisition of a 60 per cent. holding in Sandbag Limited ("Sandbag").
Adam Driscoll, Chief Executive of ATC, said: "We are delighted with the support shown from shareholders and we are now able to confirm our acquisition of a majority holding in Sandbag. We see great potential to accelerate our growth opportunity with the addition of Sandbag's merchandise expertise. This is a highly complementary addition to our comprehensive range of artist services and it enables us to continue to build a direct to consumer offering. We welcome our new colleagues to the ATC family and look forward to the future as a combined Group."
The same definitions apply throughout this announcement as those used in the Announcement dated 28 June 2023.
