Tatneft's Board approves date for annual shareholders meeting and board nominations
At the meeting held on 28 February 2013 the Board of Directors of OAO Tatneft (the "Company") set the date and the place of the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company (the "Meeting") dedicated to the results of Company's performance in 2012.
The Meeting will be held on 28 June 2013 in the Palace of Culture "Neftche" in Almetyevsk, Tatarstan, starting at 10 a.m. Moscow time with registration open at 8.30 a.m.
The list of persons entitled to participate in the Meeting will be drawn up based on the Company Shareholders Register data as of 13 May 2013.
The Board of Directors approved the following list of candidates to the Board of Directors of the Company for the election by the shareholders at the Meeting:
