PJSC Tatneft agreed to acquire Russian business of Nokian Tyres
Today, 28 October 2022 PJSC Tatneft signed an agreement with Nokian Tyres PLC of Finland to acquire its tire business in Russia, including manufacturing facility in the city of Vsevolzhsk in the Leningrad Region, Russia. The closing of the transaction and transfer of assets are subject to certain conditions including obtaining consents pursuant to Russian legislation.
