Posting of 2011 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer investing in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that its 2011 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 25 May 2012.

Aseana will convene its Annual General Meeting at 12 Castle Street, St. Helier, Jersey, JE2 3RT, Channel Islands on Monday, 18 June 2012 at 10.30 a.m.

The Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting can be obtained on the Company's website at the following link http://www.aseanaproperties.com/documents.htm.
