Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer investing in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, 15 November 2011, all resolutions were duly passed. Following the successful passing of resolution 3 (Adoption of New Articles of Association), Aseana Properties Limited is pleased to confirm the payment of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2011 of US$0.01 per ordinary share.The dividend will be paid on 15 December 2011 to Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 25 November 2011. The Ordinary Shares will trade ex-dividend from 23 November 2011.

Copies of the resolutions (other than those concerning ordinary business) have been forwarded to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott/nsm.do.
