Director Shareholding

David Harris, Non-Executive Director of Aseana Properties Limited, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 June 2013.

Following this acquisition, David Harris holds a beneficial interest in 165,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company (being 212,025,000 Ordinary Shares).
