Board change

Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that Gerald Ong, who has served as an independent non-executive Director since September 2009 and who has been the Chairman of the Company since May 2019, has retired from the Board, with immediate effect. Nicholas Paris a Non-Executive non-independent Director has been nominated as Chairman in his place.

Nicholas Paris, commented: " The Board would like to thank Gerald for his wise counsel and his hard work and commitment to the Company over the past eleven years."
