Grant of Warrants
YOLO Leisure and Technology plc, the AIM-quoted company focusing on opportunities in the technology, media and leisure sectors, announces the grant of warrants to Simon Robinson and Sohail Bhatti, both directors of the Company, at an exercise price of 5p ("Warrants"). Details of the Warrants and the executive directors' other holdings of options and warrants are set out below.
