Pricing of Placing
Ashmore announces the pricing of a placing of 14,589,500 ordinary shares of 0.01p in Ashmore (the "Placing") by certain Ashmore employees and their related interests. The Placing represents 2.1% of the outstanding issued share capital of Ashmore.
The Placing was priced at 212p per Ashmore ordinary share.
Goldman Sachs International ("Goldman Sachs") and UBS Limited ("UBS") acted as joint global co-ordinators and bookrunners.
