Additional Listing Application
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ('FCA') and to the London Stock Exchange for 542,500 Ordinary Shares of £0.10 each in Ascential plc ('Ascential' or 'the Company') to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
As contemplated in the prospectus dated 9 February 2016 for the Initial Public Offering of Ascential, these shares have been issued and allotted in connection with the Ascential plc Employee Share Incentive Plan. The shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to be effective and that trading will commence on 10 March 2016.
Including these shares, the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at the close of business on 10 March 2016 will be 542,500 of £0.10 each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. This figure of 542,500 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
