For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issuedΒ share capital at the date of this notice isΒ 73,934,163.
The Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists ofΒ 73,934,163Β ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each, with one voting right per share, which includesΒ 1,450,052Β Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeΒ 72,484,111.
The above figure ofΒ 72,484,111Β may be used by shareholders as the denominatorΒ for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required toΒ notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, underΒ the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
