Performance Share Plan
Following the announcement on 18 November 2008, the trustee of the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP") has purchased 33,094 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in the market (at a price of 289.85 pence per share). Following these transactions, the trustee of the PSP holds a total of 1,152,835 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.59% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
