Maturity of the Save as You Earn Option Plan
The Company has received notification that on 1 August 2011 the following directors exercised share options under the ASOS plc HMRC Approved Save as You Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Plan") over Ordinary Shares of 3.5p each in the Company.
The details relating to the share options exercised were as follows:
