Asiamet Resources Limited (AIM: ARS) advises that it has received notification from Tony Manini, Executive Chairman, of the transfer of 14,709,577 common shares of US$0.01 each ("Common Shares") from his personal account to his wholly owned investment Company, AJM Investco Pty Limited. The transfer was for personal planning purposes and his aggregate interest in Asiamet remains unchanged at 73,243,573 Common Shares, representing approximately 2.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
