Connemara Mining Company Plc ('the Company')
Total voting rights
Further to the announcement made on 9 July 2010, the Company today announces completion of the placing of 5,283,000 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each at a price of 20 pence per ordinary share.
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital following completion of the placing consists of 20,459,711 ordinary shares with voting rights. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
The above figure (20,459,711) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
