ARC International plc ("ARC International" or the "Company") Notification of Major Interests in Shares ARC International announces that it was notified on 22 February 2007 that AvivaPlc, together with certain of its subsidiaries, is the beneficial owner of10,815,645 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company (the "OrdinaryShares"), equivalent to 7.15% of the Company's issued share capital and votingrights. This notifiable interest comprises a direct holding of 4,570,751 Ordinary Shares(3.02%) and an indirect holding of 6,244,894 Ordinary Shares (4.13%).
