David will beappointed to the Group's Board in the near future. David (56) is an experienced senior manager with commercial experience at anumber of blue chip companies with international operations, including RentokilInitial plc and Allied Worldwide Inc. David has worked for the last six yearsas a professional interim manager and has recently completed a successful 18month assignment at The Royal Mint, which resulted in a significant improvementin operating results and cash inflow.
