ArmorGroup International plc01 June 2006 ArmorGroup International plc Board change ArmorGroup International plc, the leading international provider of defensiveprotective security and security training services, today announces thefollowing management changes. As previously announced Jerry Hoffman hands over to Dave Seaton as ChiefExecutive Officer and Matthew Brabin joins the board as Chief Financial Officerwith immediate effect. Steve Kappes, the Group's Chief Operating Officer since November 2005, will beleaving the Group in early June 2006 to accept the position of Deputy Directorof the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Noel Philp will revert to his role as COO, which he held between 2002 andNovember last year, with responsibility for the control and co-ordination of ourregional management and service lines worldwide. He will be supported by NickPowis, the Group's Director of Operations who has been with the Group for manyyears, serving in Africa, the Middle East and South America. Noel'sresponsibilities as Corporate Development Officer will continue to be supportedby the Director of Projects, Stephen Anderton.
