Director's Declaration

Further to the regulatory announcement released by the Company on 2 March 2009 and pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), Arden announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:

John Grahame Whateley, a non-executive director of the Company, has confirmed to the Company that the following companies, of which he is a director, have been placed into administration:

Castlemore Temple Quay 2 Limited; 

Castlemore Temple Quay 6 Limited; 

Castlemore Temple Quay 8 Limited; 

Castlemore Temple Quay 9 Limited; and

Castlemore West Bar Limited.

In addition, Mr Whateley has reported that Castlemore Edinburgh Limited, of which he is a director, has entered into administrative receivership and that fixed charge receivers were appointed by holders over the following companies, of which he is also a director: 

Castlemore Temple Quay 7 Limited; 

Wellingborough Engineering Limited; 

Wigston Investments Limited; and

Spring Rugeley Limited.

Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
