Exercise of Options
Arden was notified on May 8th, 2013 that James Reed-Daunter, Chief Executive Officer has exercised, on the same day, options over 125,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company, which had been granted to him under the Arden Partners Share Plan 2007 at an exercise price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share.
The exercise of the above options will be satisfied through a disposal of shares from the Arden Partners Employee Benefit Trust Limited (the "Trust") as agreed by the trustees. Following this disposal the Trust holds 1,823,868 Ordinary Shares representing 8.18 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital
Director's Holding
James Reed-Daunter now owns 2,853,644 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.79 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
22,304,356 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
