Grant of Options

Following the appointment of James Reed-Daunter as Chief Executive on 1 January 2013, on 23rd July 2013 he was granted options over 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the 'Options') pursuant to Arden Partners Employee Share Option Plan 2013. 

The Options have an exercise price of 43.5p each and become exercisable on 1st January 2016, subject to the achievement of various performance related conditions.

In addition to the Options, James Reed-Daunter also holds 2,853,644 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company, representing approximately 12.48 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
