Director's Dealing

Arden Partners plc (LSE: ARDN) was notified that on 25th April 2013, James Reed-Daunter, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, acquired 1,546,103 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), via a Deed of Gift, at nil consideration.

Following this transaction, James Reed-Daunter has a beneficial interest in 2,728,644 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.01 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

22,729,065 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
