Further to the announcement on 17 March 2009, the Company announces that it has now finalised the settlement arrangements withΒ Viso Gero Global IncΒ andΒ the CompanyΒ is now interested in 85 million ordinary shares inΒ Vatukoula Gold Mines plcΒ ("VGM")Β representing 4.47% of VGM's existing share capital.
